OHSR is working collaboratively with Greenbrier County Health Alliance to create a statewide registry of leaders who are trained, offering and/or plan to offer chronic disease and lifestyle change programming. This project is also working to ensure leaders track program-level data using the WV Health Connection platform. We are currently looking to expand our statewide leader registry.
