📢 Guest Policy Reminder 📢

We've had several questions about guests, so here's a quick refresher!

✅ Can you bring guests?
Absolutely! Each membership may bring up to 3 guests per visit, and the member is responsible for their guests' conduct while at the pool.

📝 Members and guests must sign in upon arrival.

💲 Bringing more than 3 guests?
Additional guests are welcome for $3 per guest. Guest fees can be:
• Dropped in the payment box at the pool house
• Paid via the QR code located on the sign-in sheet between the bathrooms

🎉 Planning a larger gathering?
Groups of 10 or more people are considered a party and require:
• Approval from a HWRA Board Member
• A $250 party fee

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Please remember: Guests are only permitted when accompanied by the primary membership holder.

⚠️ Pool Safety Reminder:
• No person may enter the pool area and swim alone.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult (18 or older) present to enter the pool grounds.

We are so excited to officially kick off pool season and can’t wait to spend the summer with all of our members and families!

Please note, if you are still submitting membership paperwork or IDs, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your access code once everything has been verified.

We are a volunteer-run pool board with our own jobs, kids, and families, and we are truly doing the best we can to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and support more than you know!
