Are you a skilled professional with a strong understanding of US HR practices and Immigration processes? We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can manage end-to-end HR functions while ensuring smooth immigration processing for our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, employee relations, compliance, documentation, and offboarding
Manage H-1B, L1, OPT, STEM, and GC processes with attorneys/vendors
Maintain accurate immigration records and ensure compliance with USCIS regulations
Support audits (e.g., 1-9, LCA, Public Access Files) Collaborate with delivery and legal teams to align immigration timelines with project requirements Guide candidates through the visa transfer, extension, and green card process
V Qualifications:
3+ years of combined experience in US HR and Immigration
Solid understanding of USCIS processes, SEVIS, I-9, and DOL regulations
