Teachers- you don’t have to join the union.

During my last few years teaching, I wanted an alternative to the Teachers Union.

I waived my membership to the teachers union and bought my liability insurance through the Association of American Educators.

I’m sharing this with you because so often as a teacher it seems like the only choice we have is to join the union, and that’s not true.

I encourage you to check out the AAE website and make a change if you are feeling called to NOT join the Teachers Union.
