Eye Level Learning Center of Morton Grove is a dynamic, after-school enrichment learning center that is seeking an experienced English/Math Instructor to guide students from grade K through 8. The selected instructor will work with students in an individual and small group setting. All teaching materials and training will be provided.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or working towards
• Minimum 20 credit hours
• Welcoming students aspiring to become future teachers.
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills with adults and children
• Able to multitask.
• Responsible, patient and enthusiastic
• All classes are held at Morton Grove Learning Center, must have transportation to and from the center.
• Candidates will be given an English test at the time of the interview.

Responsibilities:
• Provide academic coaching to students.
• Prepare and grade student study booklets.
• Record student progress according to guidelines.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom before and after classes.
• Motivate, inspire, and encourage students.
• Discuss student progress with the Center Director.
• Assist with outside marketing events when available.
• Professional communication with customer service and tasks.
• Assist with center operations.

• Job Type: Part-time. Immediate availability.
• Pay: $15-$18 based on experience.
• Schedule: After school Wed., Thurs., Sat.
• Benefits: Employee discount and Referral Incentives
