Attention HFUD Customers!!!!!
Effective July 1, 2026, we will begin charging credit/debit card fees on all payments made by a card, be it over the phone, in person or by credit card auto-pay.
The amount of the fee will depend on the amount of your bill.
$2.50 for all transactions up to $50.00. Any amount over $50.00 will be 2.8%, this is in addition to the $2.50 for up to $50.00
Any cards that do not allow fees will not be able to be used for payment.
We will be sending out information on this with the bills this month.
We do offer other, fee free, ways to pay; bank draft - cash - check

The new bills, due May 10, 2026 are now ready to view and/or pay on our website - hfutilitydistrict.com. And, as always, you can call the office for your balance and can pay over the phone with your debit or credit card - 901-877-6236
