Storm Outage-

Good afternoon. We have spent the day working hard with additional crews to recover from the outages caused by the storm. In most cases, the outages were caused by the underlying utility power being down at many sites causing larger outages. Our crews have been working throughout the day to bring all of the sites up. As of this writing, nearly everything is backup and online. Technical support staff is also working hard to contact those people who have called and written throughout the day to let us know of the problems. We apologize for the service interruptions and thank all of the staff who worked additional hours to restore services. We appreciate your continued support.
