Our 300 hour yoga teacher training is an inspiring return to studies, but this time with depth & a coursework in refinement of your dharma. Not every path is meant to stay at the surface. Some are meant to be studied, lived and embodied. Yoga is one of those paths, it asks each of us to live it in every thought, feeling & action 🌿
