Important information regarding the LHSAA/ LHSPLA state powerlifting meet. Remember, your Red Devils will travel to Kenner, La next Wednesday March 26.

We are proud of our team of 20 plus and we are down to our last 8 lifters that will train for the next 3 weeks and do the best they can for themselves and for each other! Once again, congratulations on your hard work and let’s get to work!

West Regionals 2025 is now in the books! We had our goal to beat our 2A competition and we did. We had several personal records tied or broken! We now wait for records from all the Regionals where they will be compiled and the top 10 from each weight class and division will go to state. Results, hopefully, will be announced tomorrow or Monday. We are proud of our of boys!

It’s time to lift! 205 lifters across four platforms! It’s the largest regional in the state this year! Let’s go!
