EXCEL Student Athlete Intensives is a 4-week strength and conditioning program right here in Mount Airy — small groups of 10, two coaches, a 1:5 ratio. Every athlete starts with a full movement screen and baseline testing on day one. Every athlete finishes with a PR board on day twelve.
Block 1: Build the Base — June 22–July 17
Block 2: Play Like a Pro — July 20–August 14
Morning and evening sessions available. Ages 11–17. Spots are capped at 10 per session.
