Our latest Surry-Yadkin Works Works Educator Exchange gave local educators a firsthand look at the meaningful career opportunities available throughout our region!

Participants visited Hugh Chatham Health, Mountain Valley, and the Children's Center of Northwest North Carolina to learn about careers in healthcare, hospice care, and child advocacy, with the day concluding with a stop at the Yadkin County Emergency Services Operations Center.

Thank you to each of our host organizations for sharing your time, expertise, and the important work you do every day. We also appreciate Surry Community College for providing transportation and helping make another successful Educator Exchange possible!
