Mt Airy/ Parr's Ridge Elem School PTO wants to facilitate the growth & education of our children.
The Kindergarten classes at Parr's Ridge Elementary are in need of volunteers to help get the year off to a smooth start. The first few days of kindergarten are crucial to get young students used to the routines and expectations in our classrooms, and having an extra set of hands makes such a huge difference!
We are asking that parents of current kindergartners do not volunteer this first week, because it could make it difficult for new kindergartners to adjust while having their parent in the classroom.
All volunteers must have current volunteer training. Last year's training has expired for everyone. Volunteers will need to complete the online training and allow 5 days for processing. The form is live at carrollk12.org
