For those who don't know me in a "professional" context....I'm a numbers geek, an accountant, Florida CPA with my own solo home-based practice, providing financial accounting and QuickBooks support for a variety of small business clients. My specialty is serving businesses that need more knowledge than a "bookkeeper" but aren't ready to hire a full-time "Controller".

And no, I don't file income tax returns ;-)

Aaannnd.... The injunction against enforcement of the Beneficial Ownership Interest registration is back in place. Registration is "voluntary" for now. But stay tuned, because there's sure to be more back-and-forth in the courts.
