In search of full-time bookkeeper for our office located in downtown Mt.Dora.
Experience required. Our Multi-Company environment requires a Bookkeeper with significant experience with Quickbooks Desktop, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must possess a high level of precision, able to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail, and be able to work independently.
Qualifications include:
Experience working in QuickBooks Desktop, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll, including weekly, monthly and annual payroll taxes and returns. Prepare financial statements and have a fundamental knowledge of GAAP. Ability to reconcile bank statements, compute and track commercial rental increases and timely file all Sales and Use Tax returns. Maintain organized financial records and documentation and collaborate with external accountants during tax season or audits as needed.
