Mount Joy R/C Club

Our Story

We are a group of R/C airplane, sailplane and helicopter hobbyists that love to fly our model R/C planes and hang out at our field. Our club started in the spring of 2008 and then moved to our new field the Spring of 2010.

We have a pavilion for shade, ample parking, a clean porta potty and a fantastic field on Longenecker Road in Mount Joy, PA.

Most nice weekday mornings and weekends will find some of us out enjoying the flying and each other’s company. Though we don’t have regular meetings, we do enjoy at least 2 fun fly gatherings each year. Instruction is offered for new pilots, and advice offered for all... ;-)
