Whole 30 Day 1! TIP: We've stocked up on Kirkland organic Normandy vegetables from that includes broccoli, cauliflower, orange & yellow carrots as well as the Kirkland organic brown eggs 24 count. Here we've stir fried the veggies, then added the eggs, lastly threw in good doses of fresh kale, leeks, and green onions (all 3 from )....Used coconut oil for the frying (also from Costco - Kirkland brand)....PS. For more enjoyment out of this photo, zoom in on one of my supplements in the bottom right corner haha

Everyone close to me knows just how much I miss Australia. Soooo when I find Australian beef at ....it ends up in my cart 🤷
