Mount Pleasant Cheer Institute is a new club cheer program in Mount Pleasant, MI!
The routine!! Everyone did fantastic and all ended with a smile 🤩
For reference! A full and competitive all-star cheer team practices multiple days a week with almost year-round seasons ending with a single routine that is 2min 30 seconds. These athletes had no prior knowledge of cheer, only ten weeks, one day a week (a total of roughly 16 practice hours), and performed a routine at 1min 30 seconds. Less than a quarter of the time and more than half of the total routine!! Each girl more than exceeded expectations and did so with smiles and giggles 🥰💖
Thank you to all of the parents who supported them in this process, and all the friends and family who supported them at our showcase event. We couldn’t have done any of this without all of you! Thank you!

We’re really excited to be hosting a smaller fall session!! Full of skill building opportunities and a chance to shine at the end-of-session showcase, this fall session of cheer is bound to be lots of fun 🩶🤍

Another common question!! With it being known that athletes canNOT participate on an all-star cheer team as well as an MHSAA sponsored team (high school) we elected to remain a CLUB team! This means shorter season, easier price tag, and you can participate on our team as well as cheering for your high school! 🤩🤩 it’s the best of both worlds!
