The Limoncello Spritz is a light, citrusy take on the traditional Aperol Spritz. Made with only three ingredients, it’s an easy cocktail recipe that can be mixed up in a snap. Looking for a bubbly, citrusy drink for brunch, but not in the mood for a Mimosa? Try this lemony take on a spritz!

Ingredients:
3 ounces Prosecco
2 ounces Limoncello
1 ounce club soda
¼ ounce simple syrup or agave (optional)
Lemon wheels, for garnish

Instructions:
Mix by the glass: In a wine glass or tumbler filled ⅔ of the way with ice, pour in the Prosecco, Limoncello, club soda, and simple syrup if using.
Serve: Stir gently to combine and garnish with lemon wheels. Enjoy!

This beer is brewed for a special cause! This is the first beer in Petoskey Brewing's new community driven beer project! The cute dog on the front of the can is a pup that was rescued and is the newest member of the Petoskey Brewing family! To honor Franklin, the pup, they are donating 10% of proceeds to Michigan-based Humane Societies to bring joy to all the pups waiting on homes in Michigan shelters! This is a Peanut Butter Wheat beer, so if you would like to support shelter pups, stop in and grab a six pack!

This week's is a classic Mojito! Mojitos are bubbly rum cocktails that taste minty-fresh, citrusy and a little sweet. Club soda stretches out the flavors to create an afternoon-worthy sipper.

Ingredients:
3 mint leaves
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces white rum
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Club soda, to top
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: lime wheel

Instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake, then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Alternatively, you can use pebble ice instead and gently swizzle it all together.
Top with the club soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces sake
1/2-ounce premium triple sec
1/2-ounce cranberry juice
1 splash freshly squeezed lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:
Gather the ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, pour the sake, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and bitters. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Serve and enjoy.

This week's is called Slippery When Wet! This one is creamy, refreshing and great for any event, get together, or beach day!

Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small ripe strawberries, halved.
3/4-ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2-ounce undiluted honey
2 ounces gin
1 heaping teaspoon plain Greek yogurt
freshly ground black pepper and a vertical slice of strawberry for garnish

Instructions:
Combine strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker and muddle until well broken up. Add gin and Greek yogurt and fill shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice, then double-strain cocktail into it. Grind black pepper on top and garnish with the strawberry slice.

Today's is a refreshing Paloma recipe! It's a refreshing mix of grapefruit and tequila! This one is great for any spring get together!
This one is so easy to make! 🍹

Ingredients:
Kosher salt
1 grapefruit wedge
2oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½oz fresh lime juice
¼oz simple syrup or 1 tsp. granulated sugar
2oz mezcal or tequila
2oz club soda

Instructions:
Pour some kosher salt on a small plate. Rub half the outer rim of a highball glass with 1 grapefruit wedge; roll moistened rim of the glass in salt. Reserve wedge.

Combine 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ½ oz. fresh lime juice, and ¼ oz. simple syrup or 1 tsp. granulated sugar in salt-rimmed glass; stir until combined and sugar (if using) is dissolved. Add 2 oz. mezcal or tequila and fill glass with ice; stir until chilled, 30 seconds. Top with 2 oz. club soda, stir gently to combine, and garnish with the grapefruit wedge!
