Today, as we celebrate Mother’s Day, I encourage each of us to take time to intentionally honor the women who have poured so much into our lives—our mothers, wives, grandmothers and the mother figures who have loved us, prayed for us, supported our visions and stood beside us through every season.

Our ability to lead, serve and uphold the aims of Alpha is often made possible by the strength, sacrifice, patience and love of these remarkable women. Whether she gave you life, helped shape your character or walks beside you as your partner, today is a day to make sure she knows just how deeply she is valued.

Make the call. Send the flowers. Write the note. Give the embrace. Speak the words.
