The world is a hot mess, it’s the first week of the new year, so much is going on and it’s really hard to go back to business as usual.

I’m hearing all these hard and difficult stories in therapy this week, and it’s hard enough to hold space for myself, yet for all my patients.

So here are some things I’m working on to help me reset and get my mind and body back into balance
