Mount Vernon FirstNaz & our Foster Ministry Center extend our sincere gratitude to Food for the Hungry for generously providing winter grants once again this year. Through this support, we have been able to serve an average of 80 hot meals each week throughout the winter season. In addition, we distributed approximately 50 food boxes per month through our monthly pantry program, helping to meet the ongoing needs of local families.

Food for the Hungry also awarded a grant that enabled us to prepare and distribute approximately 65 weekly food bags for students in East Knox Schools. These efforts play a vital role in supporting families who may not have access to school-provided meals over the weekend.

We are deeply thankful to Food for the Hungry for their continued partnership and commitment to strengthening our community.
