DGC Contracting delivered a 60,000 sq ft transformation of a former Stop & Shop into the new Floor & Decor Mount Vernon, fully stripping and rebuilding the space for modern retail operations. Scope included full interior demolition, installation of new MEP/FP systems, polished concrete flooring, new storefront entrances and vestibules, loading dock equipment, exterior signage, parking lot resurfacing and striping, and complete site landscaping.
