Ladies!!!!, thank you for coming out this morning for a killer drumming session!!! This was just what my body needed not to mention my mental health!!!! I cannot wait to do another class!
We have decided to take a break as between my back and our busy lives it was just time to take a breather… but not to worry… I will be throwing a class in here and there just to get us all together and keep our mental health at peace. If anyone is interested in starting classes (cardio drumming, level up dance fitness and bootcamps) message myself or Angela Horlacher Lang and we’ll get you added to the group in messenger so you keep updated. Also I’ll be putting a date in soon for a dinner!!!

Never miss a Monday!!! Tonight was our More Core Monday and these ladies destroyed it!!! Ladies what can I say… your beasts!!!! Tomorrow we have level up dance fitness and I’m so excited!!! Hope to see ya there!!!
