Dear Executive Officer,
Healthcare Volunteer Uganda HVU is a community based Volunteer organization which do implement community projects in hilly areas of Kitumbi Kassanda district Uganda. We engage volunteer charities and we sign partnership agreements before. HVU,after registering locally, we opened up in 2007 and however, the first team of volunteers from Indiana was hosted in may 2010. HVU registered to work with the vulnerable women and children through using volunteers by organizing international Volunteer placements and also hosting students on practicum. The reasons why we need international volunteers are that, there are very organized and committed individuals, With alot of skills and experiences we need and we can't For sure, we can't pay for them in terms of paying salaries, therefore we shall continue hosting volunteers in our programs. Therefore, we have realized the need of a good accommodations facility which are good accommodations facility. Since 2010 in most of our Volunteer reports this issue has appeared so many times. Hence forward we have wanted to look for funding support of £125,000 and as our budgeted need we have planned to construct and give peace to the Volunteers and they continue to come to us. With that therefore, we call upon all of you our great supporters and friends the world over to support us financially, materially, knowledge wise on this issue of Constructing this Modest Twelve roomed guest house facility.The descriptions of the volunteers'guest house below gives a quick picture of the entire facility we want and as per the recommendations received from various Volunteers reports we hosted from time to time since 2010. Lastly before construction starts we shall first put in place in place a plan of the guest house;

We just spoke to Dr Charlotte Ndiaye of the WHO in Madagascar: NO Plague in Seychelles. All cases were negative. Seychelles free of plague for the time being. Streptomycin for treatment and Doxycycline for prophylaxis advised for those in Madagascar.
