Strengthening Argo CD with a Redis 8.2.1 upgrade 💪

The previous Redis version bundled with Argo CD contained 64 known vulnerabilities, including several rated as high severity. By moving to Redis 8.2.1, the project significantly reduces exposure to these risks and strengthens the overall security posture of Argo CD deployments.
