Brad brings a plethora of knowledge, skills, and experience that will help continue cultivating RCM’s positive momentum forward! As the Board Chair of the Old West End Neighborhood Association, Brad also welcomes new opportunities for collaboration with our neighbors.

This week in Anger Management we learned about the five step conflict resolution model. After we read about the model we practiced what we are learning with some role-play. This was a fantastic meeting and we are having fun learning new skills together!

Our event got cancelled because of the weather but that didn’t stop these three from spreading some joy and sun protection! Thank you for the cool swag, Delaware County Health Department!

🌟 NEW PROGRAM ALERT! 🌟

Recovery Cafe Muncie strives to welcome new opportunities for our members as they navigate a life in recovery, so we are super excited to announce the launch of our new Vocational Mentorship Program! 🧰🔨⚙️

The Vocational Mentorship Program allows individuals to work closely with RCM’s Building Coordinator to obtain hands-on experience and training. Participants will become introduced to specific vocational jargon, experience meeting with community vendors, and obtain new skills to improve their employability! 💪🏼

Our goal is for each participant is to become employable, help participants find employment while actively participating in their training and recovery, and enhance their quality of life! ✨

While obtaining hands-on experience, participants will also complete resume building, job searches, and meet weekly with their mentor for goal setting and check-ins.

We are so excited to welcome our first participant, Allen! 💛

Recovery Cafe Muncie's Food Pantry will be closed this Saturday, July 11th. Please join us for our Parking Lot Party from 11-2! We will have hot dogs and games!
