Laura is going to be gone this week, so we will only be having 1 class, Christi's Yoga AF at 6 PM on Wednesdays.

You can catch our archived classes on the virtual studio in the meantime!

Just a quick reminder, we are canceling outdoor yoga this evening at due to the Heat Advisory. We will be out next week and will catch you on July 19!

Due to the weather forecast & heat advisory, we are going to cancel tomorrow's yoga at Camp Chesterfield.
