💧 Drink water often and stay hydrated.
🏠 Stay indoors during the hottest part of the day.
👥 Check on elderly neighbors and those who may need assistance.
🐾 Bring pets indoors and protect them from the heat.
🚗 Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle—even for a few minutes.

👕 Wear light, loose-fitting clothing.
🌞 Limit outdoor activity during peak afternoon heat.
⚠️ Know the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
