We are excited to announce Aaron Penrod as the Head Coach of the Indiana Shuckers 11U AAA baseball team. He brings a proven track record of player development, team success, and a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

⚾️8U and 9U - Indiana Shuckers Navy Head Coach⚾️
Compiled an impressive 68-35 overall record while guiding his teams from A to AAA competition in just a year and a half. During that time, his teams captured 8 tournament championships and earned two top-5 finishes at the State Tournament.

⚾️10U - Indiana Bulls White Assistant Coach⚾️
Competed against some of the top AAA and Major-level teams in the country and gained valuable experience at one of the highest levels of youth baseball. The Bulls won the 2026 USSSA AAA State Tournament.

⚾️Philosophy & Expectations⚾️
He is looking for kids who truly love the game of baseball, are willing to work hard, and are committed to continuing their development. He wants players who are eager to learn all aspects of the game, support their teammates, and have fun while doing it. Success comes from effort, attitude, and a willingness to improve every day.

Coach is committed to creating a positive, competitive environment where players are challenged to reach their full potential while developing the skills, work ethic, and character that will benefit them both on and off the field.
