Ask any Spanish speaking person in the U.S. about real estate fraud, and you'll hear first-hand about how this demographic is the most preyed on. Why is that?

Simply put, there is no equal access to the home buying process.

Companies were not motivated to translate their services prior, but they will now. I belive most really just did not have it on top of mind, since it does not affect them. The wave of Hispanic homebuyers will help with motivation.

The rest of us can hop on the internet and literally find a millions Realtors or Lenders that speak English. We can then find another, should we not like or trust them. We have all the MLS information, documents and contracts to read. We have options, We are not beholden to a gatekeeper. We are less vulnerable.

Yes, we did launch the first Spanish homesearch app, with fluent Realtors and Lenders populating the site daily. This is so much more than that. We're going through the industry and working with CEOs, developers, and Founders of companies to encourage a translation of their products and services.
