Here's just a glimpse of our inaugural First-Aid for Mental Health Youth Wellness Expo. The community and compassion that was present on last Saturday was truly awe -inspiring. Thank you to all of our partners and sponsors who helped to make this event happen! We learned so much, shared so much and most importantly, we were intentional about gaining knowledge to better support our youth and each other. We can't wait to see how this event grows! More to come!
