You CAN do it.

Going into 2021 I'm looking for 1 to 4 clients in the Murfreesboro, TN and surrounding areas in need of an accountability coach. Unlike a personal trainer you would see once a week or month, I'm offering to show up everyday to motivate you, workout with you at home or in the gym, give you the pointers that helped me when it came to changing my diet and staying accountable, (I still eat what I want to a certain extent.
