Another HSP athlete headed to the next level! We are so proud of Campbell for achieving this milestone! James Madison is getting one heck of a volleyball player and an even better person.
I’m more proud of you consistently choosing to chase this goal whether it’s on the court, in the weightroom, or on your off days.

We are exited to announce a new partnership between Riverdale Volleyball and Hybrid! We are excited to handle your Preseason Training and Conditioning!
Also, we are exited to be back at Eagleville School tomorrow to start Year TWO with our Eagleville Volleyball girls!

A part of our business we don’t do a good enough job showcasing is our adults.
This is Rebecca. She didn’t want an Osteopenia diagnosis to control her life and progress, so she decided to do something about it.
3 years later, she’s jumping off of 30” boxes, slamming medballs, pushing 300+ pounds on the sled, and crushing 135 on sets of RDLs.
Because of her consistency and dedication she’s been able to avoid even the slightest injury from a few falls in the last few years…one of which was from a staircase onto concrete.
She’s developed the supporting structures to ensure she can still play with her grandkids, crawl around in the floor with them, and still carry her 3 year old grand daughter around.
Progress takes time and effort, but the results are worth it! ⚒️⚒️

And with that, the 2025-2026 School Year Training Schedule is finished!
We had some huge wins at Hybrid this year and we saw so much progress from everyone who walked through our door!
Our new training schedule for the Athlete Group will begin this coming Monday, June 1. Days and times are as follows:
Monday: 6 am, 1 pm
Tuesday: 11:30 am
Wednesday: 6 am, 1 pm
Thursday: 11:30 am
Friday: 6 am
We can’t wait to get after it with all of you this summer!
PS it’s Brody’s birthday, so y’all show him some love! Happy birthday, buddy!
