-Have little to no equity to help the seller avoid coming to the closing table and having to cut a check

-A house that won’t pass inspection for a conventional loan

-Property where the seller is starting to get behind on payments and needs to sell

and we are looking to buy at least 4 houses within the next 30 days.

If you or anybody you know is selling a property that fits this criterion in these markets we will pay you $1000 for any family home we close on and $5000 for any multifamily or commercial deal we close on.
