Celebration post!!
My newest client just completed her first 7 days on program and had already lost over her weekly goal weight of 5lbs! She’s lost 5.8 lbs in 7 days. Now that’s amazing!! I’m so very proud and happy for her and can’t wait to see where these next few weeks bring her goal to.

This is where most of us mess up. We either look too far ahead or are constantly looking so far behind us that we fall over the step right in front of us.
The best way to move forward is to break things into small achievable steps and to only focus on 1-2 steps ahead of you.
