When we’re stressed out, not sleeping, or drinking too much, we can’t get an er****on on demand, and a man’s er****on is a barometer for overall health. Exercising, eating well, and sleeping well are the best ways to be sure we’re a stud in the bedroom.

Mental health is really, really important. We think about several things, that we drinking too much. We should always paying attention to signs of depression or bipolar disorder, If we have a family history of mental illness, su***de, and/or substance abuse, we really need someone to help us review the signs and symptoms.

Get at least 7 hours. That’s not something we should compromise. Men think they can overcome sleep deprivation by exercising or whatever.

The body gets very comfortable when we always do the same workout. We have got to keep varying our exercises, and they have to be an age-appropriate mix of aerobics, muscle training, and stretching.
