For our final installment of the Split Jerk Tips Series we’re talking about the back leg.

Landing with a straight back leg is a super common error. You can easily fix this with some focused footwork practice.

Focus on jumping into a “tall lunge” and hitting the brakes as soon as your feet meet the floor.

A straight back leg can result in missing the lift for various reasons, or even worse, lead to a back injury.
