Had to snap this 📷 before the "jelly" layer decided it was outta there! 😆 But those layers!!! 🤩
Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie:
pie crust
peanut butter oat crumbles peanut butter drizzle
blackberry jelly (I used my homemade coulis, that obviously needed to be cooked until a bit thicker 🤦♀️)
vanilla custard (so smoooooth)
meringue
peanut butter oat clusters.
It's DELICIOUS! 🤤
