Reading in schools is a blast! Be yourself, or crank up the fun in costume...like my beautiful wife and I with "Once Upon A Cool Motorcycle Dude." The beaming little faces bring me back every year :)

Cute kids throughout Rutherford County endorse Patrick McCarthy :) Our schools are so important to our children and community. Your vote matters! Last day to early vote is this Saturday (Aug. 2) and election day is Thursday (Aug. 7).

Love to volunteer in the schools in a wide variety of ways...including bringing a live piglet to kindergarten during "three little pigs" week. Oh, the squeals of joy from the kids were precious!

Proud to see my middle two kids earn their way into Governor's School this summer. They're two of my inspirations for wanting to help children throughout Rutherford County have the best educational opportunities!
