Please help us welcome our new Administrative Assistant, Sara-Kate Stephens!!

Originally from South Carolina and now a Georgia resident, Sara-Kate Stephens graduated from Lee University with a degree in Communications and has enjoyed using her creative and administrative gifts to serve churches and nonprofit organizations since highschool. She is grateful for the opportunity to support Together As One’s mission of coming alongside families in the adoption journey and is excited to see God work through adoption to bring children into loving families. Sara-Kate and her husband, James, who serves as a student pastor, recently welcomed their first daughter into their family, making the mission of supporting families especially meaningful in this season of life. Whether serving in ministry or caring for her family, Sara-Kate’s desire is to love others and bring glory to God.

We are Dylan and Morgan!

Even from our years dating, we have always known that we wanted to adopt. Morgan’s dad was adopted, and hearing his story of how God completely changed his life has always inspired us to pursue adoption. Dylan has experienced the blessing of adoption through God’s people stepping in to fill vital roles throughout his life. We have also experienced friends who have adopted and have seen the tremendous impact it has made in their lives.

Without the impact of adoption in both of our lives (and God’s grace to us), we would not be where we are today. Though we have experienced infertility, adoption has always been a clear and intentional path for our family from the very beginning.

Our adoption journey has been marked by God’s faithfulness with every step. We hope that God will use the ministry of adoption and allow us to impact a child’s life in the same way that adoption has impacted our lives.

Do you have a heart for ministry, adoption, and serving families? Together As One is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to help support our growing mission!

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is experienced with Canva and Wix
✅ Is social media savvy and comfortable creating engaging content
✅ Is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
✅ Is willing to attend and support community events and fundraisers
✅ Has a passion for adoption and sharing the gospel!

This role may offer flexibility, and work location requirements will be discussed during the interview process. We encourage anyone to apply even if you aren’t in Murfreesboro, TN! There is a possibility for this job to be a remote position.

Compensation will be discussed during interviews.

Chantelle and Jeff’s journey toward parenthood has been a testament to resilience and unwavering faith. For eleven years, they navigated the quiet, often painful struggle of infertility, a decade marked by both hope and heartbreak. Yet, through the years of waiting, their perspective underwent a profound transformation. They began to see that their path was not being diverted, but rather directed. Today, they view adoption not as a backup plan or a secondary option, but as the beautiful, intentional destiny God has had in motion for their family since the very beginning.

Our team has awarded them with a $5,000 grant and any additional support and prayer would mean a lot to this amazing couple 💙
