Starting with some warm-ups to heat up the core then get right into some artful and playful partner yoga.

Encouraging trust-building, an applied strength, deeper understanding of our relationships to gravity, to our bodies, and to each other.

We will move into the acrobatics with some fundamentals of L-basing and flying. We will move at the groups pace and see what we get to create. All levels come alone or bring a friend.
