We focus on the small details that create lasting results. Focusing on the 1-2% margins are great when you’ve done the 99% of work that may seem repetitve or obvious. The 99% is what will move the needle year over year and as you build for the season. So challenge yourself to be more routine, knock out the small mundane tasks (stretching, hitting your workouts, planning fueling, mapping out your builds, and of course, communicating with your favorite coaches).
