Got a good walk this evening! Motivated being back to work to make sure my exercise does not fall behind and eating well, on my program! I want to keep the momentum up! I went down another pound today! My main goal is just 2.5 lbs away! My goals overall this school year personally is to keep getting healthy, to tone up, have a good mindset, not perfection, but in a place for longevity! To increase alignment in every area of my life! To grow more spiritually, to see restoration continue! I want to inspire others to be the best version of themselves! If you need some to encourage you in health, dm me! I’m here!

I was having some time with God Jesus, beginning the year off reading in Genesis chapter 1. Afterwards, in my journal prayer time, one part of listening, I felt this part was to share. A year is nothing for God. He can make it new. A new beginning. He does not manipulate what is there. He starts fresh, from scratch; restored, cleansed, unblemished. Last year is in the dust and washed away. The line was drawn in the sand. I hope this word encouraged you! I know He encouraged me. Remember this, God was before anything ever existed. He is the beginning and the end. He fills all space. He knows about these things.

You are living your story. Decisions you make each day decide where the story goes from here. If you want something to change, if you want to change, correspond with action to see it unfold. Looking forward to seeing what you decide.

If you have walls, reconsider lowering them, breaking them down, and having boundaries instead! Sometimes we can mistakes walls with the word boundaries, but walls prevent positive relationships even if maybe the intent was to keep out the bad. The result of walls keeps out everyone and isolation prevents healthy community! Maybe you are afraid of trusting others again, but what if there is a chance there are people out there that could be the best kind of people? Choose healthy boundaries and carefully consider who you let in. Still be cautious, this is wisdom, but still be open. The good people could be out there and they maybe just waiting for friendship with you!
