Monday night, I got a text at 8:00PM from a past client who purchased a home a little less than 2 years ago. The client gets a summons to court over property taxes that were due from the former owners, before my clients purchased the home. Obviously it rattled them pretty hard, so they reached out. The client texted me at 8:00PM and when I saw the text, immediately I sent an email to my folks at Signature Title who handled this closing. By 8:49PM we had it completely resolved! She sent us the proof we needed that the property taxes were paid at closing, and a copy of the title insurance policy that the client purchased. ALL AFTER HOURS! People come first and when things are on fire, you make a team effort to put out the fire for your clients!
