Todays tip: Freshening up your space doesn't have to be a huge project or expense. Try changing out little things like throw pillows. When making your choice, try mixing coordinating patterns and fabrics. Here are a few examples....

Does your home have that "after the holidays" empty feeling? I know mine does! It's always such a sense of accomplishment getting all of the decorations down and away but the house always feels so empty afterwards. If you want to liven things up a little, send me a message!

Tuesday’s Tip: Adding plants to your decor is never a bad idea. There are many ways to use them-here are a few….1. A larger floor plant-can add interest to a ”dead” space. Can make a room feel bigger by drawing your eyes upwards.
2. On shelves to add color or draw the eye around to the other objects being displayed.
3. As a complete design element of their own
4. Hanging-again to break up or fill a space to make it more interesting. ( tip within a tip-if you hang plants, try varying heights).
