Help us name our new foodplot. It’s chopped out of a thick creek bottom next to a cutover. Stays kind of wet in the winter just enough high ground to plant. Best name gets one of my signed turkey books. .

1. They know right and left, but they ALSO know N/S/E/W.
2. They are the only kids on earth who both understand and utilize wind direction and speed.
3. They are capable of uncharted levels of patience and silence among children…in the hunting blind.
4. They appreciate the Little Debbie’s brand on a whole different level.
5. Their bird ID skills are better than any (non-hunting) adult’s.
6. They respect guns and spend years learning how to use one safely before ever being allowed to shoot it.
7. They’re trained to avoid walking on sticks and do so out of habit - everywhere.
8. They not only get up earlier on weekends than schooldays, but look forward to it more than ANYthing.
9. They know how to set their own alarm by age 5.
10. They know where the birds in the sky arrived from, geographically.
11. That dead squirrel on the playground? You can guess which kids aren’t afraid to inspect.
12. They have an engrained respect for animals and often want to be veterinarians when they grow up.
13. They actually think about where their food on the table came from - and appreciate it.
14. They’ll never fight the getting dressed process when it comes to putting on camo.
15. They WILL pass it on.
