Are you ready to build confidence, gain independence, and connect with others in a supportive environment? SOS Care is now accepting applications for our Foundations for Independent Living & Leisure program for adults 18 and older!
This hybrid program combines the flexibility of virtual learning with engaging, hands-on experiences in person.

Program Schedule:
π» Virtual: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 9:00β11:00 AM
π In-Person: Wednesday | 10:00 AMβ2:00 PM
π Location: Park Circle, Charleston
Participants will develop practical life skills through fun, interactive lessons focused on:
π Daily routines
π§Ό Personal care
π³ Basic cooking
πΆ Community safety
β° Time management
π Healthy habits
π¨ Leisure and recreation
π€ Building confidence and meaningful connections
This program is designed to help adults gain the skills they need for greater independence while making new friends and enjoying a supportive learning community.

The Bean Dreaming mobile coffee truck isnβt your ordinary coffee truck. It is a mobile coffee truck training adults with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism to become coffee baristas in an innovative and inclusive approach to vocational training and employment. Our baristaβs goal is to become employed in the community after mastering the skills needed to succeed outside of SOS Care.
