LONG AND HEARTFELT POST ALERT……..
This is Capt E. and I want to get “reel” for a second. I am not gonna lie and say that the last 5 months have been all tight lines and fair seas behind the scenes. We have always made it our priority to bring you the best content from some of the most respected personalities in the business. We also do our absolute best to promote our partners at every opportunity we get, but we don’t want to be an infomercial that force people to turn the dial! I received a text from a loyal listener for the last 8 years today and it made me realize just how fortunate I am to get to enjoy this journey and to share the outdoors. But it is also a business that has to make money to be viable and to be able to pay our bills and our team. From long time partners not paying large invoices to having my very long time truck partner pull out the show, December thru May has been very trying and honestly it could have been a great time to walk away! BUT, I am hard headed and also know just how great our product is…..thanks to the loyal partners that have stuck with us, supported us, and also the new group of partners we are blessed to have. But, the Toyota Tundra rolling studio has to be returned soon and I would love to have a family focused partner that is an honest and and well respected business that cares about our audience and their needs for sales and service. If you have one that I should contact please feel free to message me and I’ll be glad to sit down and explain just how awesome our fish head family is. As well as just how many of you support our partners businesses. I have met with several businesses and we are still looking for the perfect fit. We are going to be honest and fair to them just like we ask that of them. The last 5 months have been mostly kicks to the groin area, but our heads are up and as you can tell from the last few weeks shows! We may be more well oiled as far as our product goes than ever in the past. We just need a little more fuel in our tank to keep the ship steaming forward. Last weeks kids rodeo and the kind comments this week assure me that there is no option of giving up!!!!
