Hi friends! We wanted to share a quick update on our class schedule, studio focus, and the best ways to get in touch 🤍

About Our Studio
We are a boutique Pilates studio with an emphasis on private training, athletic performance, and pre/postnatal Pilates. Our group classes are intentionally small, with 4–6 students max, so we can keep instruction personalized, safe, and effective.

👉 All new students are required to complete a private session before joining a group class.

🧘‍♀️ Group Class Schedule (Studio):
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, & 4:30 PM
• Saturdays: 9:30 AM
• Pop-up classes are scheduled regularly — please check our website for dates and locations.

🧘‍♀️ Private & Semi-Private Sessions (Machine Work):
• Available Monday–Thursday
• 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and after 5:30 PM
• By appointment only
