Cashier Customer Service Clerk $21 BILINGUAL required

Location: San Jacinto, CA

Schedule: Flexible to work 8.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays

Overview:

We are looking to hire an experienced Cashier/Customer Service Clerk who will be the friendly face of our store, and the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our facility. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!

Job Duties and responsibilities:

Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Promote sales, process retail sales and wholesale and Purchase orders.
Stock the store and maintain floor stock and inventory, cleaning and disinfect throughout shift
Maintain cash drawer accurately count at end of shift.
Issue purchase orders, receive incoming orders, count inventory.
Regulate the visitor sign in process, ensure Bio security protocols are followed
Notify managers when visitors arrive
Answer telephones, scan paperwork, maintain organized environment in the store and parking lot
Greet Customers and help customers to the car if needed
Answer questions about the products, and the facility, resolve customer complaints
Report any Food Safety, Food Quality and Safety problems to management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High School diploma, Bilingual in Spanish!
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
Knowledge of retail math concepts and point-of-sale (POS) systems (will train)
Proficient in MS Office 365 and Sharepoint and arithmetic, count and manage cash accurately.
Ability to work with chemicals, such as detergents, disinfectants, etc.
Ability to stand for entire shift, and lift up to 35lbs or more
